Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP), through its Braºov office, was the main partner at the eighth edition of the “Excellence in Business” gala organized by the Braºov Chamber of Commerce and Industry. This event, the most significant of its kind on the local business market, celebrated the achievements of companies in the country.
The ceremony, which brought together over 230 participants, awarded the distinction of employer of the year and recognized exceptional results in the areas of social responsibility, project implementation with European funds, environmental management, research and development.
NNDKP’s Braºov office, opened in 2007, is coordinated at partner level by Sorina (Olaru) Creþu and locally by Mihaela Roºca, senior associate. The specialized legal team offers advice in all legal areas and represents companies active in and around Braºov in court. Additionally, the team, with the help of the firm’s specialized departments, organized Lex Atelier seminars dedicated to interested local companies. Among the team’s most recent and significant projects, we mention: legal assistance provided to Sit România for the purchase of land and the conclusion of the construction agreement for developing a production facility; providing assistance to Miller Centre, operator of the shopping complex Magnolia Shopping Center Brașov, on its day-to-day activity, including negotiating and concluding rent agreements, debt recovery, verification and consolidation of the ownership title and representation in tax disputes; constant legal assistance provided to Benchmark România on commercial law issues and in tax disputes.
