KPMG recently advised Electrica, the largest electricity distribution and supply operator in Romania, on its acquisition of a 22% stake in its subsidiaries from Fondul Proprietatea. The transaction is the most attractive investment opportunity Electrica has had in the past three years and supports the implementation of the Group’s strategy.
