#motivesadonezi – Home

For most of our patients, home is the place where they want to be cared in their hardest moments, and our colleagues from palliative home care teams go visit them every day in their homes. This is why the campaign #motivesadonezi started with a video filmed in the homes of our patients (the video can be seen here: https://bit.ly/2s1EXF4)

The teams of HOSPICE Casa Speranţei make, annually, more than 15.000 home care visits. However, the need is huge, as there are 172.000 patients in Romania needing palliative care every year. Hence, there are 172.000 reasons to donate. According to a World Bank report, Bucharest would need 47 complete palliative home care teams, but at the moment there are only two such teams: both are from HOSPICE Casa Speranţei. We want to reach as many patients as possible, who need palliative care, as it is their last medical solution. For this, we need your help.
