Filip & Company assisted Roca Industry, a holding active in construction materials, that reunites all the companies in the portfolio of ROCA Investments in this area of activity, in relation to the shares issue that has drawn RON 50 million from investors.
Within the private placement that started on 10 December 2021, a total of 4,500,000 shares have been sold to investors at RON 10 per share. The offer had an early closing on 16.12.2021 and was oversubscribed, the investors placing orders with an aggregate value of RON 49,962,120.
