Filip & Company law firm assisted Bookster, the first book lending intermediary for companies in Romania, in the launch of Booksprint, a friendly self-publishing platform that supports all authors at the beginning of their journey.
The Filip & Company team has assisted in aspects such as the design of the contractual structure and agreements with authors and printers, the detailed configuration of the agreements governing the self-publishing services offered through the online platform, as well as in aspects concerning copyright and personal data protection.
“Booksprint transcends the concept of a business and is rather an encouragement to bring inner stories to life, to express the things we often cannot express out loud. Through Booksprint, anyone can turn their story into a printed work, and then decide whether they want to keep that story to themselves, share it with a small circle of close friends, or offer it to the world.
