Filip & Company law firm has provided legal assistance to ACP Credit (“ACP Credit”), part of the Accession Capital Partners group, in relation to an equity investment in Dental Elite Clinics, one of the most dynamic players in the Romanian dental sector.

The investment aims to support the national expansion and development plans of the Dental Elite group, which currently operates five multidisciplinary clinics in Brasov and Bucharest and plans to reach more than 20 locations in the next five years.
