Filip & Company law firm assisted Banca Comercială Victoriabank S.A., one of the largest banks in the Republic of Moldova, in finalising the acquisition of BCR Chișinău S.A. from Banca Comercială Română S.A. The transaction documents were signed in March 2023 and meanwhile the regulatory approvals have been obtained.
