The Romanian mobile gaming studio Green Horse Games welcomed Miniclip, world leader of market-defining mobile titles, as strategic investor, with legal assistance provided by a DLA Piper Romania team.
Green Horse Games, committed to connect people all around the world through great gaming experiences, is a local gaming studio active on the market for the last 8 years and the developer of the highly acclaimed Football Rivals. Capitalizing on the outstanding global reach of sports, Green Horse Games entices sports fans with a range of social and gamified worlds.
The legal assistance for the investment on the seller’s side was provided by an extended team of lawyers from DLA Piper’s local office.
