DLA Piper has advised Abris Capital Partners, one of the most important private equity funds in Central Europe, on the acquisition of Dentotal Protect, a leader on the Romanian distribution market of consumables, instruments and dental equipment.
Dentotal Protect was acquired from Dogariu family, who set up this business in 1991, and who will remain involved and will contribute to the future development of the business.
Dentotal is the seventh investment made by Abris Capital Partners as part of the € 500 million fund raised in autumn 2017 by renowned international investors to support and develop business projects in Central and Eastern Europe.
The DLA Piper team was coordinated by Marian Dinu (Country Managing Partner) and Oana Duțu-Buzura (Counsel, Corporate/M&A).
