On 26 September 2019, EMEA Conferences oganizes the event Disclosure of data in commercial transactions: competition and privacy risks and solutions. The event takes place at Hilton Garden Inn Bucharest Old Town, from 15:00 to 19:30, when a wine tasting follows.

The event will be opened by Cosmin Belacurencu, Competition Counsellor, Romanian Competition Council.

The event will clarify the competition and privacy implications of data dislcosure in commercial transactions. Among the issues discussed and the related solutions will deal with the competition and privacy concerns regarding disclosure of data in M&A: prior to signing and between signing and closing. We will also asses case studies involving disclosure of data in platform business and disclosure of data at public events. Wine tasting

The moderator of the event is Bogdan Manolea, Executive Director of the Association for Internet and Technology.
