Dentons won the “Law Firm of The Year” in the SEE region award during the 11th Annual EuropaProperty SEE Real Estate Awards Gala & Forum held on April 23 in Bucharest. The award acknowledges the region’s most outstanding and accomplished real estate projects and professionals in 2015.
Dentons was recognized for landmark real estate and financing projects, including advising GLL in connection with its acquisition from Portland Trust of Floreasca Park, the largest office building transaction ever in Romania; advising AIG on its buyout of Lincoln in nine countries including Romania; advising P3 on the acquisition of a portfolio of a few logistics parks in Poland and Serbia, respectively the acquisition and financing of Europolis Logistic Park, the largest logistic project located near Bucharest.
