On the occasion of the first anniversary of its founding, leaders of the global law firm Dentons say its client-centered focus, strategic growth and polycentric approach have made the firm’s first year a success. Dentons was launched on March 31, 2013, through the combination of three very strong firms, Salans, Fraser Milner Casgrain (FMC) and SNR Denton.

Locally, the Dentons brand has rapidly integrated within the Romanian legal market landscape. The firm has been involved in groundbreaking projects throughout this year of activity, such as the largest transaction in 2013, Romgaz listing. Dentons has assisted the Romanian state (through the Energy Department) with respect to the largest public offer in Romania, further to which Romgaz was listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (company’s shares being admitted to trading), and its Global Depository Receipts were admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
