Dentons continues to improve its quality rankings in The Legal 500 EMEA 2021 and Chambers ratings

Legal 500 Europe, Middle East and Africa 2021 has recognized 183 Dentons lawyers among the leaders in their respective practice areas. The Bucharest office has 11 lawyers included in The Legal 500's rankings as individuals who have received constant praise from their clients for continued excellence. Chambers Europe 2021 has also recognized 192 Dentons lawyers as leaders in their fields, of which 8 winners are from the Bucharest office.

Legal 500 EMEA recognized the exceptional work by Dentons Bucharest in nine key practice areas that were included in its rankings: Banking and Finance; Commercial, Corporate, and M&A; Energy and Natural Resources; Real Estate and Construction; Restructuring & Insolvency; Capital Markets; Dispute Resolutions; EU and Competition and Employment.

The Dentons Banking and Finance team rose to Tier 1 as the leading practice in Romania, while the Capital Markets practice achieved recognition for the first time. In addition, Dentons Bucharest lawyers earned recognition as “Leading Individual, “Next Generation Partner”, “Rising Star” and “Other Key Lawyers”.

Chambers Europe guide 2021: seven practice areas recognized for Dentons

Dentons lawyers in the Bucharest office also received high-level recognitions from the Chambers guides 2021. Chambers Global 2021 ranked Dentons in three practice areas: Banking and Finance, Corporate/M&A and International & Cross-Border Capabilities, while in Chambers Europe guide 2021 seven practice areas were recognized and 8 lawyers have received recognition for their expertise in Banking and Finance, Real Estate, Capital Markets, Energy and Projects and Dispute Resolution

The recognition received by the Capital Markets practice is one of the most important achievements this year and highlights the extraordinary results achieved in this sector while the Banking and Finance practice has consolidated its position as one of the strongest practices in Romania and CEE.

The Chambers Europe guide identifies the top lawyers and law firms in 52 jurisdictions across Europe and ranks them based on in-depth research and feedback from clients and peers.
