Deloitte Romania expands management team by appointing three new partners

Deloitte Romania expands its management team by promoting Andrei Cozachevici and Razvan Ungureanu to Audit and Assurance Partners and Marius Vasilescu to Financial Advisory Partner as of June 2023.

Andrei Cozachevici, Audit and Assurance Partner, has a professional experience of over 18 years. He has been leading complex group audit engagements, as well as projects for entrepreneurial businesses. He is experienced in various industries, with a particular focus on agriculture, gaming, healthcare, and oil and gas. He is a member of the UK Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), of the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania (CAFR), of the Authority for Public Supervision of the Statutory Audit Activity (ASPAAS) and of the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania (CECCAR).

Razvan Ungureanu, Audit and Assurance Partner, has been part of the Deloitte team since 2008, when he joined as a graduate. Over the years, he has coordinated various complex projects for companies active in industries such as energy and resources and consumer products. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), of the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania (CECCAR), of the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania (CAFR), and of the Authority for Public Supervision of the Statutory Audit Activity (ASPAAS).

Marius Vasilescu, Financial Advisory Partner, has a career which spans over 21 years. He joined Deloitte in 2014 and has contributed to the growth of the valuation and modelling practice through his experience in asset and business valuations, financial feasibility studies and business plans preparation. He has worked with companies across all industries, especially in energy and resources and banking. He is a member of the National Association of Authorized Valuers in Romania (ANEVAR), of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and of the Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania (CECCAR).
