CTPark Bucharest West, the largest logistics park of CTP became the home for the joint venture partnership between IB Cargo and Maersk in what we may call as one of the highest spec buildings in Romania and definitely the largest in the region, with its 140,000 sq m GLA.

CTPark Bucharest West is arguably the best logistics park in the region, and it offers its residents all needed amenities and a healthy working environment. Happy to have partners like IB Cargo and Maersk who appreciate the top-quality of our buildings and the overall park concept. It is also home to the unique CTP Clubhaus concept, a community hub, featuring restaurant, canteen, indoor and outdoor recreational space, meeting rooms, minimarket, and on-site health care.

Our passion and team of experts we consolidate around this project will allow us to become better and better and generate value to all parties”

"We are impressed of the professionalism of the team from IB Cargo and Maersk we have been working with in this project so far and we are glad we are meeting their high standards. The park will be even better next year to the benefit of our tenants – we will add supermarket, accomodation, and other facilities needed", said Ana Dumitrache, Country Head CTP Romania.
