International executive search network Amrop celebrates its new local partnership in Romania with a conference - “Context Matters”
Amrop, one of the largest executive search networks in the world, with the widest geographical coverage, operating in 58 countries with 89 offices, celebrates its new local partnership with a conference that was attended by 130 business executives from all industries.

The Romanian Amrop team members are Oana Ciornei, Managing Partner, Marius Precu, Senior Client Partner and Iulia Pietruschevici Radau, Senior Client Partner. The new partnership brings to the Romanian market a unique combination of the resources and international expertise of the Amrop network on the one hand, and the deep understanding of the Romanian business context of the Romanian partners, on the other hand.

Guenther Tengel, Chairman Central and Eastern Europe, AMROP, stated in the opening of the conference that: “Companies must consider the EU as a home market with 500 million inhabitants and companies will need to redesign their business models for a globalized world.
