Conectys wins Gold Stevie® award at the 2016 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service

 Conectys, the global multilingual outsourcing solutions provider, is delighted to announce that it has won a Gold Stevie® Award in the “Contact Center or Customer Service Outsourcing Provider of the Year” category at the tenth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The awards were presented to honorees during a gala, on Friday, March 4 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. More than 60 members of several specialized judging committees determined the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging earlier this month.

Conectys is proud to be the recipient of the esteemed Gold Stevie award at its first participation to the event. Conectys was recognised for its outcome centred, global operational model and track record in facilitating and accelerating international growth for challenger brands and blue-chip companies. Its unique blend of proprietary, Business Process as a Service technology for real-time Customer Satisfaction measurement, workforce and forecasting automation, multilingual service delivery in over 35 languages and analytics has elevated customer service from a necessity to a clear opportunity for clients to drive brand awareness and growth.

The Gold Stevie Award distinction is the 8th global award win in Conectys’ history. Early 2016 the company was named BPO Firm of the Year at the CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Award. At the end of 2015, Conectys was named European Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year by the European Outsourcing Association, and Outsourcing Contact Centre Provider of the Year by the UK National Outsourcing Association.
