ConectysOS technology finalist in the “Automation Project of the Year” category at the EOA awards
Conectys, the global provider of multilingual outsourcing solutions, today announced that it has been shortlisted for the “European Automation Project of the Year” at the 2016 EOA Awards.
This nomination is based on Conectys' proprietary, cloud hosted Customer Contact management platform, ConectysOS. By using the platform, clients are able to track SLAs and CSAT (such as Net Promoter Score, Customer Effort Score and First Contact Resolution) indicators in real time, with targeted Detractor and Promotor analysis driving deep insight, critical to informed and swift client policies and product changes. The technology also enables Conectys to target agents individually with customized coaching in order to improve nesting period, decrease handling time and, ultimately, boost overall customer satisfaction while decreasing operational costs for its clients.
This is the third consecutive year in which Conectys has been shortlisted for an EOA award. The company has previously won the titles of European BPO Contract of the Year 2014 and European Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year 2015. If won, the European Automation Project of the Year 2016 would be Conectys’ 11th award in the past three years.
In its seventh year, the EOA awards bring together some of Europe’s top outsourcing providers. Companies and individuals who’ve demonstrated excellence in the outsourcing industry over the last year will be recognized and celebrated, and best practices will be rewarded. The winners will be announced at the EOA awards ceremony, which will take place in Sofia, Bulgaria, on October 6th, 2016.
