Conectys, the multilingual outsourcing service provider, today announced the opening of its fifth global delivery site, in Taipei, Taiwan.

Conectys now has a capacity of over 1,100 seats across five operational centres in Belgium, Romania, the Philippines and Taiwan, being fully equipped to handle global, multilingual and multicultural outsourcing projects for established brands and challengers looking to expand their markets.

The new centre enhances the provider’s multilingual capabilities with scalable native Mandarin and Cantonese Chinese, adding to Conectys’ comprehensive offering of over 35 languages. The facility is equipped with all the technologies necessary to deliver transparent, high quality services, including Conectys’ proprietary ConectysOS Business Process as a Service platform.

The additional capacity and cultural reach are leveraged from day one by some of Conectys’ existing clients, with additional growth expected from E-commerce and High Tech clients.
