The Bucharest office of global law firm Clifford Chance strengthens its middle management with two promotions at Senior Associate level - Georgiana Evi, lawyer specialized in Banking & Finance and Capital Markets, and Stefan Dinu, Litigation & Arbitration lawyer.

Georgiana Evi has joined the Banking & Finance and Capital Markets team in 2008. In recent years she has been involved in projects of the Capital Markets practice coordinated by Partner Mădălina-Rachieru Postolache. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest and has completed a master's degree in Business Law at the Faculty of Law in Bucharest. She has been involved in some of the most complex financing and capital markets transactions carried out by the Bucharest office, including the first covered bonds program established by a Romanian issuer - Alpha Bank, valued at 1 billion euros (April 2019).
Ştefan Dinu is the youngest member of the Senior Associates team. He graduated the Faculty of Law - University of Bucharest and obtained a master's degree in International Business Law from King's College London. Ştefan is frequently involved in commercial litigation and international arbitration cases in constructions, public procurement/ PPP and real estate investments. He has also provided legal advisory in relation to investment protection strategies and dispute resolution for major energy and natural resources projects. Stefan is also involved in real estate transactions and white collar/ risk management projects.
Following the two promotions, the Senior Associates team in the Clifford Chance Bucharest office has reached ten lawyers, alongside Bianca Alecu (Litigation, specializing in white collar crime), Bogdan Crețeanu (M & A and Real Estate), Diana Crângașu (Corporate, specializing in Competition law), Ecaterina Burlacu (M & A and Real Estate), Gabriel Toma (Banking & Finance), Radu Costin (Corporate M & A), Raluca Coman (Banking & Finance), and Sabina Crângașu (Litigation and Arbitration).
