• CHRISTMAS BRUNCH - 25 DECEMBER. Celebrate the season in festive merriment with your dear ones over a hearty Christmas Brunch served in the glorious Le Diplomate ballroom: from an extensive collection of cheeses and charcuterie, carvery of season meat specials, sea-food and live cooking stations to fabulous gourmet desserts, warm hospitality, children fun and soothing music.
