bpv Grigorescu Ştefănică assisted Zitec, one of the most dynamic players on the on-demand software services market in Romania, in the transaction by which Dante International, the NASPERS-owned company operating the largest Romanian e-commerce website eMAG, has acquired a significant minority stake in Zitec.
Following the transaction, Zitec will benefit from an infusion of capital intended for financing its ambitious expansion plans that the company has consistently implemented since it set foot on the market.
The legal assistance for Zitec and its shareholders was ensured by Cătălin Grigorescu, Managing Partner and Ciprian Frandeş, Associate during the entire transaction through constant legal support provided both in the structuring phase of the deal, and in reviewing and negotiating the transaction documents (memorandum of understanding, shareholders and investment agreement and related documents).
