BUCHAREST, ROMANIA – February 26, 2013 - Athénée Palace Hilton Bucharest is delighted to announce that Marco Magri has been appointed as the new Italian chef for “Roberto’s”.
Marco, who began his culinary career 13 years ago in Milan, Italy, has worked in kitchens of luxury and upscale properties across the world from Italy and France to the Maldives and Japan.
Marco joins Athénée Palace Hilton having previously held the position of executive chef at the Ramada Plaza, Milan, for three years.
At Athénée Palace Hilton he will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective running of “Roberto’s” kitchen. He will put his gastronomic stamp on the new menus which will be unveiled this spring.
