Andreea Mihnea is the new Human Resources Director at EY Romania

Andreea Mihnea is the new HR Director at EY Romania. Andreea takes over the leadership of the Human Resources department from Alexandra Bebu, who has recently joined the regional team of EY Talent Management in Central and South Eastern Europe.

Andreea has over 10 years experience in human resources management for multinational companies such as Tchibo, IBM, or PayPoint. The positions she previously occupied, both locally and regionally in Europe, have spanned expertise areas such as human resource management and consulting, organizational change and executive search.

"The role of a HR Director in the professional services area in Romania is particularly complex, especially in the current market conditions and for a company with a portfolio of services like EY. Recruiting, training and motivating 500 of the best professionals in business consulting in the country is a true challenge and a reference project in my career, one that I wish to successfully carry out", explains Andreea.

Andreea has graduated the Foreign Languages and Literatures section ar the University of Bucharest and is a certified trainer through the Asebuss Exec-Edu program. She specializes in developing and implementing human resources strategies and processes, building teams and coaching.

"Developing and implementing our company’s HR strategy in Romania has multiple implications and a major impact on our local business and on the 500 employees working in the EY offices in Bucharest and across the country. I am confident that Andreea will succesfully coordinate this whole process and that she will help consolidate what we have achieved so far.
