Following its annual performance appraisal, Voicu & Filipescu promoted to partner Georgiana Badescu, one of the most active members of the firm’s competition and M&A practices.

Georgiana Badescu started her professional career at Voicu & Filipescu in 2005. Prior to being appointed partner, she ascended the firm’s career ranking up to the position of managing associate in 2012 and member of the managing board, starting with 2013. Her experience mainly covers competition law, M&A, financing, corporate and she assists clients active in the energy, banking, insurance, retail, automotive, IT&C, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors.
