With an extensive professional experience of over 15 years, Gabriela specializes in employment legislation and employment relations. Before joining the NNDKP team, Gabriela was a Senior Associate in the law firm Țuca, Zbârcea și Asociații where she handled various projects in fields such as employment law, commercial law and dispute resolution.
At NNDKP, Gabriela will assist clients in connection with all aspects relevant to the specific area of practice including concerning individual employment agreements, individual or collective dismissals and collective employment relations.
