Deloitte Romania is pleased to announce that Dinu Bumbacea will join the firm to strengthen the Deloitte Consulting practice as partner-in-charge, effective December 2017. Oana Petrescu, who has led Deloitte Consulting during the past five years, will dedicate to an entrepreneurial career in consulting and turnaround management.

Oana Petrescu is one of the most respected turnaround and profitable growth experts in Romania who had a significant contribution to the consolidation of the financial and business landscape in Romania. Oana Petrescu’s expertise as a banker, auditor and consultant has sustained the strategic alignment of Deloitte’s interdisciplinary teams in the area of public policy, good governance and solutions for growth and efficiency. Furthermore, she had a decisive contribution to the opening of Deloitte’s Global Technology Center in Romania at the beginning of the year.

A well-known expert in the Romanian consulting landscape, Dinu Bumbacea has an experience of over 24 years of which 17 as a partner. During his career, Dinu has coordinated numerous consulting projects in Romania, Republic of Moldova, Bulgaria, Serbia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Russia, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan. Dinu specializes in financial services, oil & gas industry, telecom, public sector, pharmaceuticals and private equities.
