Athénée Palace Hilton and Goodwine invite you to an exquisite event that will pay homage to the artistic skills of food and wine pairing, on the last evening of the month of March.

Chef Franz Conde and Sommelier Avram Laurentiu Achim will be the hosts of the Sommelier Dinner organized in Café Athénée on 31 March, as part of the 2017 Good Wine - Romania's Wine Convention.

You will get the chance to explore new gastronomic possibilities and an exclusive list of vintage wines:
• S.E.R.V.E - Cuvee Amaury 2014
• Tohani – Cuvee Valahorum
• Recas – Selene 2011, 2012, 2015
• Vinarte – Soare
• Oprisor – Vestitor
The wines will beautifully highlight dishes such as Coquille St. Jacques, Escargots à la Bordelaise, Le Trio – duck magret, lamb cutlet and beef medaillon, or the mouth-watering panna cotta as a dessert.
