IMMOFINANZ, one of the leading real estate investors in Romania, introduces its international office brand myhive to the local market, to be implemented in five of its class A office buildings in Bucharest. As such, the Iride 20 building of Iride Business Park and S-Park have already become myhive Iride 20 and myhive S-Park, after a transformation process through which the properties’ common areas now offer an extended service range and improved infrastructure to encourage socialization.
Plans call for the myhive concept to also be rolled-out at Metroffice, Victoria Park and the Iride 19 building, which will significantly improve tenants’ and visitors’ experience.

The myhive concept is centered around five main characteristics, which outline its core benefits: friendly and lively atmosphere, attentive staff, excellent infrastructure and services, ideal location for networking, good accessibility and modern mobility.
The official myhive launch in Romania is marked by the completion of the modernization process within myhive S-Park. The business park now becomes a myhive flagship project, after undergoing a full upgrade of its interior common areas, to include new sitting and socializing areas, new facilities and services. The exterior of the property will also be modernized, with a focus on green spaces, comfortable smoking and socializing areas.
