World Press Photo Is Coming Soon to Bucharest

by Microsoft Romania May 8, 2015

We are super thrilled to share the news of the 2015 edition of World Press Photo, the most influential and powerful event that uses the power of photography to inspire an understanding of the world.

You most probably know the WPP exhibition that travels each year to more than 100 cities in over 45 countries, showcasing the best photography in the world with both powerful narrative and aesthetics.

What’s in it for your Company, you might ask. Any Company that values Trust and Openness and cherishes its employees has developed a set of core values that define its DNA and speak to people and their rights: freedom of expression, respect, tolerance, dignity and peace. These are the human rights which WPP stands for. Moreover, WPP believes that art may be the perfect means that enable us to cultivate in ourselves higher values of life.
But core values are not something people buy-in to, so any experience that enable employees to cultivate and live these values, it’s an opportunity not to be missed.

A visit to WPP exhibit is that type of experience that can help deliver and sustain employee satisfaction over time. Moreover, this year, WPP exhibit will be accompanied by additional movie screenings and ShortsUp session.

We’ve rounded up a few of the clear benefits your employees can enjoy by attending WPP:
• better understanding of the role they can play in creating value in their field
• better understanding of the Company role in delivering value in general
• a better sense of what does it mean to live Company’s human values both at office and at home
• a new sense of involvement
• a source of inspiration and energy

Don’t miss the chance to buy WPP exhibit tickets for all your employees. The exhibition will be open for the Romanian public between May 8 and May 29, in the University Square in Bucharest. The ticket price is 10 RON per person as we set the minimum price that can help us cover the basic organizational costs.

A representative of EIDOS Foundation - which took over WPP mission in Romania - will be at your disposal. You can find Corina Simion contact details below.
Hoping we’ll join us at World Press Photo,

Sincerely,
Cristian Movila, President of Eidos Foundation
