Voicu & Filipescu launches the third edition of its Changing Laws guide, a set of review articles regarding the practical effects over the business environment of last year’s legal amendments.
Bucharest, January 29, 2015 – This review analysis outlines the main legal amendments of 2014, with a focus on how these changes and the activity of some authorities have impacted investment decisions and the development of certain sectors, also anticipating upcoming effects.

“We have seen over time how legal amendments or – on the contrary – the delay in regulating certain matters may influence investment decisions or even the development of entire sectors. Changing Laws aims to address the most frequent concerns of our collaborators and clients regarding the influence of these amendments over their business”, said Roxana Negutu, a partner with Voicu & Filipescu.

The articles focus on energy, infrastructure and PPP, public procurement and concessions, real estate and construction, litigation and arbitration, M&A, competition and state aid, insolvency, intellectual property, IT&C and data protection, pharmaceuticals, tax.
