Managing Partner Christian Bogaru has over the past year advised in a number of cross-border M&A transactions, acting for both buyers and sellers in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, IT services, transportation and consumer goods. Christian Bogaru is especially experienced in international corporate law and has led our corporate team in various mandates advising companies with commercial operations in Central and Eastern Europe.
His experience in dealing with cross-border transactions and in advising both Romanian and foreign investors and companies leaving or entering the Romanian market has taken him to Orlando, USA where he was asked to speak at the 2014 Annual Congress of the National Association of Credit Management. There he presented to American investors and exporters the legal framework regulating the international commercial activities in the region, both inside the EU and in dealing with non-member states and particularities of entering the eastern markets, especially from the perspective of American companies.
