Deloitte Romania invites top students to apply for Deloitte Student Academy, a program that aims at offering a real-world perspective upon working in a multinational consultancy company. The program will be run between December 2014 and April 2015 at the company’s headquarters and consists of a series of interactive workshops led by experienced Deloitte audit and tax specialists. Deadline for applications is 30 November 2014.
„We have launched this program to meet the real needs of the students. We are in permanent contact with the academia and we offer internships as well as hire young talents every year. Deloitte Student Academy started from the desire to help students to choose their career path in an informed way by combining the theory they learn in college and practice with practical aspects of the profession,” said Carmen Baibarac, HR Senior Manager Deloitte Romania. “Through this program we would like to offer a real perspective upon working in a multinational consultancy company. Last but not least, this may also represent a good opportunity for participants to obtain a job in Deloitte”.
Following applications, 25 students in the 3rd year of college or Master students specializing in economics will be selected. During the program’s shadowing days within the audit and tax departments included in the program the students will have the chance to be in the heart of business and to take the pulse of the Deloitte team.
