US automotive supplier Hendrickson purchases subsidaries of the Austrian Frauenthal Group in Austria, France and Romania. During the acquisition Hendrickson was represented by Wolf Theiss, the Austrian multinational law firm focusing on CEE and SEE.

The US automotive supplier Hendrickson has been interested in certain subsidaries of the Austrian Frauenthal Group, a stocklisted conglomerate headquartered in Vienna, for some time already. The targets of the acquisition were Frauenthal subsidaries from the automotive components suppliers sector in Judenburg (Austria), Châtenois and Douai (both in France) and Sibiu (Romania). The components produced by these members of the "Frauenthal Automotive Group" are delivered to numerous leaders in the European utility vehicle industry. On Wednesday 18th of June, the contracts for the sale of the "Frauenthal Sales" subsidaries were signed. The advisor to the buyside was Wolf Theiss, the biggest Austrian law firm. The purchase was processed by TBC Netherlands which, as a member of the Hendrickson family, is also a part of The Boler Group.
