Dragos has 17 years experience in tax. His career has included work with international audit and tax consultancy firms, and he has also served as Director of the Legislation and Direct Taxation Department of the Ministry of Public Finance. His areas of expertise include investment structures and tax planning, tax due diligence, as well as assistance during fiscal audits (including assistance in the subsequent administrative proceedings).

As Dragos Doros says: "The different challenges that we have encountered in the past few years (financial , economic and social) have defined a new reality which is taking shape in front of our eyes. Today it makes no sense to wait for better times, but instead, new ways need to be found to grow and adapt to the economic realities. I am convinced that those who are able to redefine their identity will succeed. As a member of KPMG’s Tax team, I will bring my experience and expertise to assist our clients in this complex and essential process."

As Serban Toader, Senior Partner at KPMG in Romania says: “It’s a great pleasure to welcome Dragos as a Director in the Taxation Services Team. With his extensive experience and innovative thinking, I’m convinced that he will be involved in many successful projects in the firm.”
