At the beginning of 2013, the law firm Wolf Thiess welcomed Ramona Hromei, the newest Associate lawyer of the company in the Banking & Finance Department. Ramona Hromei joined in January 2013 the Banking & Finance team, coordinated by the Senior Associate Claudia Chiper.

With over 6 years of experience in banking law, corporate financing and insolvency, Ramona started working as an in-house lawyer in the Legal Department for some leading credit institutions, such as ING Bank, Bancpost SA and Piraeus Bank SA.
During her years as qualified lawyer, she gained experience on a variety of matters, including syndicated lending, acquisitions finance and overflow credit facilities, with a special focus on project finance.

She graduated from “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” Police Academy, law specialization and has a master in Public Administration at the State University of Political and Administrative Studies. Since 2009 she is member of Bucharest Bar Association and starting with 2010 she is an important member of National Union of Practitioners in Insolvency.
