Bucharest International Arbitration Court - BIAC is an independent Romania-based court of arbitration established under the auspices of the American Chamber of Commerce in Romania (AmCham Romania), which is providing a reliable forum through which companies come together and exchange information to promote and develop their mutual interests in Romania and global competitiveness of the country.
BIAC is focusing on business and commercial disputes in the Romanian and English languages, especially involving foreign investors and multinationals active in Romania.
