AmCham Romania in partnership with Entrepreneurship Organization, Romania Chapter is pleased to invite business leaders in the AmCham community to a workshop with Traci Fenton, Founder and CEO of WorldBlu®, as well as a globally recognized researcher, speaker, author, and transformational coach, on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 between 15:00 – 17:00, at the AmCham Romania Premises.

As employers, small and large struggle with retention and empowering people, WorldBlu proposes a shift in the organizational design that is based on freedom and organizational democracy rather than fear and control at work.

During the workshop Traci will share best practices, fresh and proven ideas for how to put Freedom at Work™ into practice in your organization.
