 About the facilitator:

Elena Badea is the Founder and Managing Director of Valoria Business Solutions, a well-known training and consulting company. Prior to this role, she held the position of Marketing Director at one of the Big4 companies in Romania for nearly 16 years. Before that, Elena worked with an international trading house, where she held a multifaceted role encompassing marketing, business advocacy, and international trade.

Elena Badea graduated from the Polytechnics University in Bucharest and has since cultivated a career spanning over 25 years in marketing, sales, and business development. Her expertise includes business development, account management, corporate marketing, operational and digital marketing.

At Valoria, Elena conducts management and leadership courses for multinational companies and prominent Romanian entrepreneurial firms. She is highly regarded as a trainer in various domains, including marketing and communications, business development, account management, presentation techniques, networking, personal branding, leadership, sales psychology, and neuro-marketing.

Over the past 12 years, she has overseen 58 research papers on the significant developments in the Romanian business landscape. Elena actively engages in training and coaching for managers and entrepreneurs, as well as participates in social responsibility projects and education initiatives. She regularly contributes articles to business media and serves as a speaker at numerous national conferences, addressing hot topics in management, marketing, sales, and business development.

Elena is keen ESG. She is the co-author of the first survey on ESG in Romania. Also, she is a mentor in several national programs that support young entrepreneurs and takes the time to contribute to many other initiatives.
