Feedback is used permanently, both in personal and professional life. Giving feedback in a professional way leads to improving the behaviors of the people we interact with, to generating effective attitudes and increases the effects of communication. On the other hand, the properly implemented feedforward technique becomes a strategic and powerful change management tool that can bring about important changes in the perspective of those who receive it.
