AmCham Romania is pleased to invite members to a new workshop within the AmCham Learning & Innovation Center offered by ASEBUSS, on March 12, 2019, between 15:00 and 17:00.
There is not a “viable universal recipe” in change management science, but some implementing methods exist. One of them focusing especially the performance improvement process is PIPC. It is a comprehensive and practical approach for SMEs and large companies in different fields of activity, successfully tested since 2001.

About the facilitator:
Dan Anghel, PhD, EMBA is an experienced senior executive, change management consultant, international expert evaluator and university professor, able to see granular, as well as, big-picture issues. He was Chief Technical Adviser and Project Manager with the United Nations Development Program for “The Establishment and Development of Business Incubators” Program. For the United States Agency for International Development he managed 22 projects in 6 years, as Cognizant Technical Officer, Financial Team Leader and Project Management Specialist of the “Private Sector Development” division. One of his most important achievements for which he was granted the “Meritorious Honor Award” in 1996 from the US Department of State, was the “Development of Capital Markets” in Romania, a $26.5 million technical assistance program which established the RASDAQ market for trading shares of the enterprises privatized through the Mass Privatization Program (MPP).
He is one of the pioneer specialists in Romania’s MPP. He was the General Director of the National Agency for Privatization and its senior expert of the Foreign Technical Assistance division.
Beginning with 2001, he was President of the Board of Administrators, General Director, and Senior Manager for different companies, in different fields of activity, such as: trade and cereal preserving and conditioning services, welding services in railways, IT products commerce and maintenance; consulting services for private and public sector companies. Since 2012, he is lecturing for ASEBUSS, “Leadership and People Management” and “Organizational Behavior” courses and for the University “Politehnica” Bucharest, the course “Hard and Soft Skills in Management”.
