Facilitator:

George Agafiţei has over 20 years of experience in supporting the development of people's potential, initially as an employee in large companies in banking, mass media, audit & consultancy, and then, since 2006, on his own as a freelancer.

Its customer segments are made up of large companies in telecom, banking, insurance, leasing, distribution, pharma, manufacturing, e-commerce industry sectors, as well as entrepreneurial companies.

For large companies, George develops programs which transforming mindsetsto include creativity, innovation, strategy, coaching skills to increase the quality of collaboration between team members.

George supports the development of his clients' business in the entrepreneurial segment by building on the entrepreneur's strengths and accompanying the execution of the client-centered strategy. Also. George supports the development of entrepreneurship in Romania as a trainer and mentor at the Romanian Business Leaders Foundation.

He has formal education in psychology and business management, with a focus on leadership development and business models. In addition, he has trained various training courses in Romania, Switzerland and the Netherlands. He is accredited to use the Emergenetics® profile and DIG business simulation (Discovery / Innovation / Growth).
