The AmCham Data Protection Task Force has the pleasure to invite members to a discussion around the future challenge for the new Commission in the data protection procedure reform with special guest Maria Magierska, Senior Lecturer, European Center on Privacy and Cybersecurity, Maastricht University ​and PhD researcher at the European University Institute in Florence.

The online event will take place on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, between 14:00 pm - 15:00 pm.

Meet the speaker:

Maria Magierska is a Senior Lecturer, European Center on Privacy and Cybersecurity, Maastricht University and PhD researcher at the European University Institute in Florence. In her project, she investigates the role of national data protection authorities in cross-border enforcement of the GDPR in the EU. She worked at NOYB – European Center for Digital Rights in Vienna and the European Parliament
