#DataProtection Hour: AmCham Discussion with Romain Robert, Program Director at NOYB

Our Data Protection Task Force has the pleasure to invite AmCham members to a discussion on NOYB actions and the state of GDPR enforcement and procedural problems, with special guest Romain Robert, Program Director at NOYB.

The online event will take place on Friday, April 21^st, 2023, between 12:00 pm - 13:30 pm.

Participation is open to AmCham Romania members, free of charge, based on prior registration online here, by Thursday, April 19^th, 5:00 pm. All registered participants will be provided with the connection details via email.

Meet the speaker:

Romain ROBERT is Program Director at NOYB, a privacy organization enforcing data protection. He is also a member of the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Before joining NOYB, Romain was working for the European Data Protection Supervisor, the European Data Protection Board, and the Belgian Data Protection Authority. Romain began his career a Belgian qualified lawyer and specialized in IT law during 9 years at the Brussels Bar.
