Our Data Protection Task Force has the pleasure to invite AmCham members to a discussion on cybersecurity and data protection, with special guests Irene Kamara, Assistant Professor Cybercrime Law and Human Rights Protection at the Tilburg Institute, and Bogdan Muresan, Vulnerability Management Consultant at EU Council.
The online event will take place on Friday, March 24th, 2023, between 11:30 am - 13:00 pm.

Meet the speakers:
Dr. Irene Kamara is Assistant Professor Cybercrime Law and Human Rights Protection at the Tilburg Institute for Law, Technology, and Society in The Netherlands, Transatlantic Technology Law Forum Fellow at Stanford University, and affiliate researcher at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel in Belgium. Irene is teaching cybercrime and cybersecurity law, legal aspects of standardization, and international personal data flows at master and bachelor programs.
Bogdan Muresan is a passionate cybersecurity professional, currently working with the EU Council for further adding to the maturity of their cybersecurity posture. Bogdan’s main expertise is implementation, improvement and running vulnerability management programs.
