We support businesses and consumers, by offering them courier services at high quality standards, with the help of an extensive network of national sorting hubs positioned in strategic areas in Romania, operational centres, delivery points and thousands of couriers across the country. More, we offer a wide range of courier services for large, medium and small companies, from a wide range of industries, but also for their customers.

Cargus is a complex courier player, providing multiple delivery options: door to door delivery and out of home delivery through a national network of 3.000 lockers and pick-up / drop-off points – SHIP & GO, covering both large and small cities. More, in 2021, Cargus acquired QeOPS, one of the most important providers of e-fulfilment services and customized logistics solutions in Romania – the company complements existing services offered to customers.

In the last three years, Cargus has invested significantly in:

• Operational performance – having one of the best delivery rates on the Romanian market
• Operational infrastructure in order to serve both domestic and international customers and to build an efficient cross-border network.
• Expansion and consolidation of the out of home delivery network
• Digital innovations, such as the Cargus Mobile app, one of the most downloaded and used apps in Romania
• Increasing team expertise. Currently, the company is one of the most active employers in the courier industry.

Through organizational changes, redefinition of strategic priorities and investments in technology, Cargus has become a market leader in terms of quality and efficiency. All its efforts were recognised over the years. In 2022, Cargus was awarded with two awards for the Most Impressive Business Evolution and Best Web Application for Delivery Services.

At the same time, we are committed to support responsible leadership, to implement and promote sustainable business practices throughout our company, from the suppliers we choose to the team we work with. In this context, we made structural changes, that will contribute to the transformation of the organization into a more sustainable and environmentally conscious company. This year, our efforts were recognised by EcoVadis, one of the largest rating and certification agencies, with a silver medal for adopting responsible practices in the field of sustainability and business ethics.

From the beginning of 2019, Cargus is part of Mid Europa Partners Investment Fund, one of the most active investors in Romania.
