In a recent article signed by Rareș Răducanu – Senior Partner – and Irina Carmen Titorian – Associate, STOICA & Asociații – it is described the difficult economic context generated, inter alia, by the accelerating rise in prices of construction materials, natural gas, and fuel prices, and presents recent legislative solutions to enable businesses to adjust the price of public works/product procurement contracts and construction services.
