In this workshop you will receive a new tool that I created inspired by Blue Ocean Strategy that you can use whenever you want to make important changes in your personal and professional life. Wayz4Change is 3 in 1: it is your map for change, your pathway and your GPS. When taking on a change, you will  instantly know what matters and what doesn’t, what inspires you and what doesn’t. You will leave behind what doesn’t matter and will stay focused on what does until you make the change happen. This approach, though simple, is not simplistic. It requires deep and authentic self reflection and the courage to reach and explore the unfamiliar.
