Anadolu Automobil Rom is the sole importer and distributor on the market in Romania, Hungary and the republic of Moldova of Isuzu buses and coaches produced within Anadolu Isuzu Otomotiv Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S. The company was founded in 1998 by Mr. Huseyin Aykol who got to know the commercial vehicle market in Romania as director of the Export Department of ITOCHU Japan Company, responsible for selling Mazda car products on European markets and Isuzu. The latest bus launched by AIOS is the ISUZU Citiport, the king of urban transport in Romania. Its launch took place in 2015 and, in short time, it won the „Prize for Ergonomics and Comfort” offered by the Grand Jury of Busworld 2015 – Kotrijk. Anadolu Automobil Rom is a member of the URTP (Romanian Public Transport Union) and in FORT (Federation of Romanian Transport Operators) and actively participates in the meetings and conferences organized by them.
