It’s been a great honor to welcome U.S. Under Secretary of Commerce for International Trade Marisa Lago today at AmCham Romania for a working lunch with hashtag#AmCham members during her first visit to Romania.

The discussion was a great opportunity for business executives in the AmCham community to share their insights on challenges that need to be addressed to improve the business climate in Romania as well as opportunities that make Romania a preferred destination for investment.  ????????

The meeting followed significant AmCham initiatives to build a robust economic partnership between Romania and the U.S, such as the 3rd U.S.-Romania Economic Forum on June 20 in Washington D.C. and joining Romania’s delegation at the 2024 SelectUSA Investment Summit.
